3MS Construction Ltd is a specialist contracting company that provides end-to-end construction solutions for residential and commercial clients. It also provides Highgrove Homes with a construction resource for any potential property conversion projects or any complex brown field sites. 3MS Construction Ltd also provides an extensive and exacting training program for current employees and new apprentices every year. This enables the group to consistently achieve the highest quality of craftsmanship at all times.
SDW, founded in 1991 is a specialist engineering and building design consultancy that provides structural and civil engineering solutions, together with design and project management services to the private, public and commercial sector. With its highly respected reputation within Cornwall it enjoys excellent working relationships with all the local planning and building control authorities.
Together 3MS and SDW provide Highgrove Homes with the expertise and knowledge borne out of years of experience in dealing with difficult conversion projects and complex brown field sites. It also provides end to end design and build solutions for private and commercial clients under one roof.
